THE CÉSAR RITZ FILSAFAT

Program kami didasarkan pada ajaran César Ritz, pengusaha perhotelan Swiss yang terkenal di dunia dan pendiri hotel Ritz yang terkenal. Diakui secara luas sebagai pelopor hotel mewah, pilar kemewahan, keunggulan dan servis adalah standar global yang diwariskan kepada setiap siswa kami.

Temukan Legasi César Ritz

Dilahirkan pada tahun 1850, sebagai anak ketiga belas dari sebuah keluarga besar dari Pegunungan Alpen Swiss, César Ritz yang sekarang legendaris harus menghadapi banyak tantangan dan kemunduran dalam karirnya tetapi berhasil mengatasinya untuk menulis sejarah keramahtamahan. PROGRAM MANAJEMEN PERHOTELAN

Sarjana:

The programme of the Bachelor of International Business in Hotel and Tourism Management (recognised by Canton of Valais) has a strong professional focus for students seeking a career in international hospitality and tourism management.

Students combine practical courses and management subjects with the development of a personalized business plan in the final year.

Qualifications have been designed to deliver an appropriate blend of skills and knowledge in academic disciplines, professional hospitality and tourism management and personal and social development.  

The joint Bachelor programme in partnership with Washington State University offers students the fantastic opportunity to graduate with both a César Ritz Colleges Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Tourism Management and a Washington State University Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Business Management. From the first day at César Ritz Colleges, students will study for both the César Ritz Colleges and Washington State University Bachelor's degree.
The Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Business Management is awarded by Washington State University (WSU) and requires students to achieve a minimum of 2.50 Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) after Term 4 to apply for this qualification.

The same CGPA is required at the end of Term 8 to be awarded the WSU degree.

Those who do not have a 2.50 CGPA but are above the César Ritz pass grade will be awarded a Bachelor of International Business in Hotel and Tourism Management.

Master:

The Masters of Arts in Entrepreneurship for the Global Hospitality and Tourism Industry provides a contemporary curriculum preparing graduates for employment and work in today’s global environment, achieved in an accelerated 22-week academic programme.

Accredited by the University of Derby, students will graduate ready to launch and maintain a sustainable and profitable business within a challenging global environment. Students will graduate with a:
  • Master of Arts in Entrepreneurship for the Global Hospitality and Tourism Industry awarded by University of Derby, UK
  • Master of International Business in Entrepreneurship for the Global Hospitality and Tourism Industry awarded by César Ritz Colleges Switzerland (recognised by Canton of Valais)
Successful graduates will have the opportunity to achieve in a wide range of stimulating and fulfilling careers. In the current economic climate, intense competition within the hospitality and tourism industry has led to the emergence of global companies that demand a high level of innovation and commitment to the job and who require high-calibre graduates to ‘make things happen’ – these postgraduate students will amply fulfill these criteria. Graduates can go on to set up their own businesses but are very likely to have to demonstrate intrapreneurial knowledge and skills within organizations where innovation and the necessity to work smarter are some of the key skills required in the global marketplace.
